CADET ENGINEERS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in ECE
  • Required Skills: Analog and Digital Circuit Design, Microcontroller Programming, CAD/CAM Proficiency, Documentation Skills
  • Preferred Skills: Assembly Language Programming, Hardware Assembling, Embedded C Language Programming (using 8051, PIC or Z8), Time Management Skills
  • Must be proficient in English and Filipino, both oral and written
  • Must be a good team player who wants to grow and be promoted to assume bigger responsibilities
  • Must be willing to work in Quiapo, Manila

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Engineering, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
  • Requires at least 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing job, 2 years of which in management position
  • Required Skills: Account Management, Marketing/Business/Product Development, Marketing Research, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Responsible in initiating and formulating actions, and implementing plans and sales/marketing strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
  • Responsible and has initiative to implement changes as well as suggest improvements
  • Customer Service oriented and capable to support sales personnel
  • Fluency in preparation of reports and other research documents

HR SUPERVISOR

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science or equivalent course
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in all HR functions including Staffing & Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Organization Development
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • With strong leadership ability and good interpersonal relations
  • Computer literate, articulate, self-motivated and possess self-discipline
